What I'm wondering is how Molus could call herself the "candidate of change" when she had the support of several individuals within South Milwaukee city government, including at least one alderman and at least one (if not more) members of the school board. How can someone who's supported by the establishment be the "candidate of change?" Someone outta ask Molus and let us know what she says...<br /></li><li> Speaking of the South Milwaukee school board race, it's nice to see voters in South Milwaukee weren't fooled by Zachary Wisniewski's faux-conservative campaign platform, despite Wisniewski being as liberal as they come. It's just too bad a thousand or so voters in South Milwaukee drank the Kool-Aid.<br /></li><li> Moving south, Oak Creek-Franklin School Board President <a href="http://www.oakcreeknow.com/communitywatch/42645037.html">Tom Robe was voted out</a> as a member of the school board after 15 years. That's a surprise, as we figured Robe would cruise to reelection, but apparently the voters in that district felt it was time for the board to move in a new direction.<br /></li><li> In Greenfield, challenger Rick Moze was elected to the school board, along with incumbents Audrey Ellison and Julie Rome. From what I hear, Moze ran a great campaign, so he deserved to win.<br /></li><li> Blogger Janet Evans and Judith Bialk both won spots on the Franklin school board, but what I'd like to know is what the 1,095 people who voted for Guy Balistreri were thinking. The guy said he wouldn't serve on the board if elected, yet over 1,000 people still voted for him. Perhaps they hadn't heard the news that he wouldn't serve if elected, but still...<br /></li></ul><div class="blogger-post-footer"><img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/7132125407191571221-6433830280458960017?l=sbspotlight.blogspot.com' alt='' /></div>Spotlighthttp://www.blogger.com/profile/14550564546365918301noreply@blogger.com0
